Responsible for overseeing the delivery of the Radiation Oncology Services including management of the team of Radiation Therapists ensuring competence of the staff and coverage. Manage workflow through the division and ensure documentation of processes for treatment in the division.


American Registry of Radiologic Technologists certification in radiation therapy in accordance with state regulations required.

5 years of experience as a Radiation Therapist required.

2 years of leadership experience required.


Competent in the American Society of Radiologic Technologists Radiation Therapy Practice Standards including knowledge in principles, practices and procedures involved in the operation of ionizing radiographic and radiation therapy equipment as well as knowledge of human anatomy and proper positioning of the patient to provide treatment as prescribed.

Ability to establish and maintain an effective working relationships with patients, physicians, technologists, support personnel and other employees.

Proficient written and oral communication required.


Bachelors degree in an approved program of radiologic technology or health care field preferred.

Experience with Varian ARIA v13 or greater preferred.

Experience with Varian Cliniac iX, Trilogy and TrueBeam treatment machines preferred.

Experience with brachytherapy, TBI and SBRT preferred
