Responsible to perform high level analyses in support of institution-wide clinical quality improvement activities. Facilitate the development and maintenance of data collection, leveraging existing data to identify gaps in care and recommend areas of focus for quality improvement activities.


Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or a related field required.

3 years data analysis experience in either finance, clinical, or research required.


Understanding of clinical processes required

Understanding of quality improvement concepts (lean, pdca, etc) required

Ability to generate and extract data from source systems required

Excellent communication and analytical skills required

Proficiency in Power Point and Excel required

Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously required

Ability to understand and work with complex data sets.


Project management skills preferred

Experience with statistics preferred.
