Hours: M-F, 8-5 pm
Under the direction of the Team Manager, the Liaison will be responsible for ensuring quality, productivity, and an even-flow of work on a daily basis. The Liaison will also be responsible for assessing, assigning, and monitoring daily workload, providing higher-level customer service, acting as a preceptor for all new staff and serving as a resource for issues for individuals within and outside our department. The Liaison will also assists in developing and maintaining policies and procedures, participates in special projects and is a technical resource for the team to include full knowledge of billing systems and total revenue cycle operations.
High school diploma or GED plus 3 years job related experience required OR Associates Degree plus 1 year job related experience required. Medical Terminology knowledge and prior Revenue Cycle experience preferred.
CRCR Certified (obtained within first year of employment)
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: Excellent customer service, communication and computer skills are required.
