Organize, prepare, and conduct complex training and educational programs for Medical Center personnel and Information Resources and Technology personnel. Design and develop in-house programs for software training and other personnel training. Arrange for the delivery of training programs by external providers where appropriate. Maintain records of training activities, employee progress, and program effectiveness. Guide the work of less experienced Technology Educators. Coordinate activities with other training units with the Medical Center.
Bachelor's degree plus four additional years of related experience.
