This RN Clinical Site Administrator works directly with the Facility Medical Director. Acts as the administrative authority of the facility and establishes clinical and administrative systems and standards of care. Develops and implements facility policies and procedures necessary to achieve maximum efficiency and effectiveness resulting in improved patient care services. Ensures compliance with the accreditation and administrative rules and is responsible for a range of administrative duties including staff hiring, training, scheduling and building oversight. Reports to the Director of Ambulatory Operations.

New Location - This RN, nursing administrator position will be the Clinical Site Administrator for our new location - Lime Spring.


Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) required.

Current Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania required.

Three (3) years of Medical Office experience required.

Five (5) years of direct patient care experience.

Experience navigating within Electronic Health Records.


Strong organization skills

Proficiency with Microsoft office required

Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

Maintain PHI

Ability to work independently as well as within a team

Attention to detail and accuracy skills


3 years of Leadership experience

JCAHO experience

H ematology, Oncology experience

Hospital based services experience
