JOB SUMMARY:

Provides systems application software and interface support for applications. Facilitates problem resolution for system users. Responsible for organizing and conducting information system training and education programs for application end users.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

High School Diploma or GED required

Bachelor's of Science in computer science preferred.

Experience:

At least 2-4 years of experience with application support.

License/Certification:

None required.
